By subscribing to BigBubble Car Care's subscription-based doorstep car wash services, either on a daily or alternate-day basis, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from subscribing to our service.
SERVICE SCHEDULING:
Subscription Plans: Choose between daily or alternate-day car wash plans that best suit your needs.
Scheduling: Service appointments will be automatically scheduled based on the selected subscription frequency, ensuring a timely wash according to your preferences.
Service Duration: A typical wash takes approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the vehicle's condition.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments for subscription services are billed on a monthly/quarterly basis. Payment can be made through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or digital wallets.
Non-payment: Failure to pay the subscription fees on time may lead to suspension or cancellation of the service.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure your vehicle is free from personal items before the wash. BigBubble Car Care is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
The vehicle must be easily accessible at the scheduled time for doorstep service.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
While we take utmost care, BigBubble Car Care is not liable for minor scratches or damages during the wash.
Customers acknowledge that certain stains or marks may not be fully removed in a regular car wash.
WARRANTIES:
We guarantee quality service; however, external factors (e.g., weather conditions, parking area cleanliness) may impact the vehicle's condition after the wash.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Customers should ensure that their vehicles do not contain hazardous or illegal items. Any discovery of such items will be reported to authorities.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
We reserve the right to terminate services if the customer fails to adhere to the terms of the subscription or engages in abusive behavior towards staff.
Service can also be terminated if the vehicle is deemed unsafe for the cleaning process (e.g., hazardous or inoperable vehicle).
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations: For subscription cancellations, a refund will be processed only for the unused portion of the service.
Deposits: Any deposit paid at the time of subscription will be refunded if services are canceled according to the refund policy outlined in this section.
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the Chandigarh in Governing Law.
