REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations: Refunds for canceled services are processed within 48 hours, provided the cancellation was made 24 hours before the appointment. Deposits: Deposit amounts are non-transferable but refundable under specific conditions (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen closures).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By availing of car wash services from BigBubble Car Care, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.
SERVICE APPOINTMENTS:
Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or at our service center.
Punctuality: Customers are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Delays may affect the availability of services.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to inform us may result in a cancellation fee.
AYMENT TERMS:
All payments must be made in full before or upon completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options as specified at the time of service.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (refer to Section 10).
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure your vehicle is free from personal belongings. BigBubble Car Care is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during service. Provide accurate information about the vehicle’s condition. Hidden issues (e.g., pre-existing damage) should be disclosed beforehand.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
While we strive for the utmost care, BigBubble Car Care is not liable for: Minor scratches or damages caused by dirt particles during the cleaning process. Damage to accessories such as antennas, side mirrors, or trims not secured properly. Customers accept that certain stains, scratches, or damages may not be fully removed during a standard wash.
WARRANTIES:
We guarantee high-quality car wash services. However, we do not offer warranties on the results if external factors (e.g., rain, dust) affect the vehicle's cleanliness after the service is completed.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Customers must not leave prohibited or hazardous items (e.g., weapons, flammable substances) in their vehicle during service. Any discovery of such items will be reported to the relevant authorities.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if: The customer is uncooperative or abusive toward staff. The vehicle is deemed unsafe for our staff to work on
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
